Dough stretched by hand every morning. Tomatoes and mushrooms roasted, never opened from a can. Garlic oil brushed on the crust right before it hits the oven.
Our story
Frankie’s is chef Chad Pritchard’s slice-and-pasta shop, the same hands behind Oregano Italian Kitchen and Fat Daddy’s Pizzeria. He named it after his father.
The signature pie carries the name too. The Frankie-One-Eye is still one of the most ordered pizzas Chad has ever put on a menu, and it came north to Murray with him. This is a family recipe made public.
Here, onions and peppers get sliced and sautéed in house. Every dough ball is formed by hand. If a step makes the pie better, we do it, even the slow way. Frankie’s name is on the door, so every pie has to be worth it.
“There’s no better feeling in the world than a warm pizza box in your lap.”
We’d rather earn a regular than win a race to the bottom. Here’s where the extra time goes.
Every dough ball is formed by hand and stretched thin. No press, no shortcut, no exceptions.
Tomatoes and mushrooms are roasted here. Onions and peppers are sliced and sautéed here too.
Brushed on by hand right before the pie goes in. That’s the smell that follows you to the car.
Fresh-made pasta with sauces, proteins and garnishes prepped in house, daily.
Sixteen on the board, cut into eight, ready for the whole table. Meat, veggie or vegan, nobody gets left out.
All sauces, proteins and garnishes are made in house daily. Add chicken or meatballs to any bowl.
Bacon, local egg yolk, Romano, roasted garlic, fresh peas, roasted sweet corn, black pepper, shaved parmesan and a charred Meyer lemon.
House meatballs in a vodka cream sauce with rigatoni, finished with olive oil, herbs, roasted tomatoes and pecorino Romano.
Thirty layers of fresh pasta stacked with slow-simmered Bolognese, alfredo and melty mozzarella, topped with pomodoro, alfredo and vodka sauces.
Great food a family can actually afford. Same dough stretched by hand, same sauce made in house, just a better price on the right day.

I’m from New York and a big pizza and Italian food snob! Visiting for work and came here two days in a row for dinner… pizza the first night, followed by pasta AND more pizza the second night!
This may be the best lasagna I have ever had. In house made pasta, top ingredients used and it shows. Super great owner who cares tremendously.
Hands down our favorite pizza! Great food and environment. The slice special can’t be beat. A weekly staple for our family!
They did it! Pizza and pasta that we’ve all been waiting for in Utah. Making everything in house, but it’s not bougie. It’s NYC-style pies and amazing pasta.
We ordered pizzas when we had some friends from NY/NJ visiting and this place totally stands up with some of the best pies back east! We are so glad that Murray has a spot like this.
Shared the carbonara, a few pizza slices, and the 30 layer lasagna — all were delicious! The portions were generous, flavorful, and all of it is made in-house.
I usually find most celebrated pizzerias within Salt Lake to be overrated. This pizza is genuinely amazing. It is also consistently great and is my main pizza spot now.
Frankie’s is our go-to. Great neighborhood spot. Bad day? Fix it with pan cheesy bread. Good day? Celebrate it with pizza and tiramisu!
This tastes like a 5 star restaurant with an affordable price tag. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can taste the artistry they put into their food.
We got 3 slices. Our favorite was the triple play. It even convinced our VERY picky eater to eat her first piece of pepperoni…
I’m officially in love with Frankie’s Pizza and Pasta. Their house-made pasta is absolutely incredible, and I can’t get enough of it.
The best slice I’ve had in Utah. The staff were exceedingly friendly, and every bite of food was delicious. I tried the garlic knots, two different slices of pizza, and the tiramisu. I would recommend it all.
This is fantastic pizza and the tiramisu was hands down the best I have ever had (except mine). So glad we finally have a neighborhood pizza place.
Dough stretched by hand, sauce roasted in house. If a step makes the pie better, we do it.
We’d rather earn a regular than win a race to the bottom. Quality is the whole point.
Meat, veggie or vegan. Date night or the whole loud family. Everybody eats.
Frankie was real. His name is on the door, so every pie has to be worth it.
Buffet pans of fresh pasta, housemade meatballs and salads, each one feeding about 8 to 10. Add bread service and a stack of pies and the whole crew is covered.
Order online for pickup, or call and we’ll have it ready.
